To access the StateID Self-Service Password Reset portal, you must provide a valid StateID user ID. If you are unaware of your StateID user ID, you will need to contact your Service Center for further assistance. When ready, click 'Continue'. In the event that a StateID user ID is locked, disabled, or not recognized, you will receive a message with additional instructions.
